                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 
                   (FINAL), CONTRACT NO. 37D2, LOWER AMNICOLA 
                   PARALLEL INTERCEPTOR SEWER II, WITH JOHN D. 
                   STEPHENS, INC., WHICH CHANGE ORDER WILL 
                   DECREASE THE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO 
                   HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED 
                   SEVENTY AND 54/100 DOLLARS ($296,670.54) FOR 
                   A FINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION, FOUR 
                   HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED ONE 
                   AND 21/100 DOLLARS ($2,413,601.21).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       Change Order No. 2 (Final), Contract No. 37D2, Lower Amnicola 
       Parallel Interceptor Sewer II, with John D. Stephens, Inc., which 
       change order will decrease the contract in the amount of 
       $296,670.54 for a final contract amount of $2,413,601.21.
